Getting caught up on some scrapbooking! Since I’ve been having computer issues, I’m way behind! You can check out the full credits on these in my flickr account. Have a great Memorial Day weekend!

I’m on a roll, or maybe an addiction! These are so fun to make. I’m challenged by the 1×3 blank canvass. That’s a shape you just don’t work with on a day to day basis. I used graphics from Bonnie van Esch’s digiscrap kits, House of Dreams kit & word art and Le Jardin Amour

What I’ve been up to

I’ve been making teacher gifts! I made these microscope slide pendants for my kids teachers. I used Little Scholar elements by Jady Day Studio (her shop closed). The pendant is just mounted on a 4×6 index card with another one of the graphics on it. I put a quote on the back ” A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops. ~Henry Adams” I hope they like them! I think I’m addicted to making these pendants now! I’ve been working on some more and will be back when they are finished!

Another Swap

I finally have a computer back! Mine has been down for months it seems. I participated in Artsy Mama’s May Day Basket swap and I haven’t had a chance to get some pictures posted. My partner was Erica and here is the generous basket I received…
This cute basket purse is amazing! I love it and so does my 5 year old daughter lol! I might have to share. Here are the contents inside this spring filled wonder.
All wrapped up… look at those buttons made from pottery! Love the vintage hankies!
Dragonfly wallies (LOVE dragonflies), chick salt and pepper shakers and a buggy frame with vintage wallpaper.

More vintage goodies!
So amazing full of spring goodness. I was having a really bad day and when I opened this late at night, my mood was instantly turned around. In return this is what I sent her…

Ceramic watering can full of spring goodies.

2 ceramic doves
Journal, note pad and lolly pop bouquet.
My take on a button bouquet. I know they are everywhere but I just had to try one myself!
Altered picture frame with one of my photo’s.
It was a great swap! I’m so glad I participated!
